Took a buddy out with Captain Bill this morning and had an absolute blast! The bite started a bit slow, but Bill worked hard to find us fish, and was great to talk/swap a story with. My friend caught the first and 2nd largest fish of his life.

Bill definitely knows his stuff, is passionate for the sport, and is a great and patient teacher. 5 ⭐️s from me!

First off, you couldn't have asked for a more friendly guide who made learning something so fun! Bill went over everything from rods, reels, lines, and bait to the best months to fish, how to drop the lines, where to go on the lake, and much more. He was very knowledgeable and the more questions we asked the more excited he got. We would highly recommend this service, and particularly our guide, to anyone wishing to learn more about cat fishing and eager to get 'em on a hook! Great job, Bill!!! I had an awesome time on lake Norman with Bill. We had an early morning start which paid off big time and were able to land some big blues and channel cats throughout the day. Bill was very knowledgeable about the marine and aquatic life around lake Norman. I highly recommend taking a trip with him.

Well it all started when I saw a Facebook post about fishing on LKN, I had no idea what to expect. I had a good friend come down from CT and wanted to do some fishing. So I contacted Bill and he got back to me right away and set up a day to go out on the water. We went out today friday morning with no intentions of catching a 30lb catfish, but no sooner than 20 mins into our trip we caught a 30lb catfish!! And plenty more where that one came from. If you are looking to catch big fish on LKN contact Bill and you will not regret it. Not to mention Bill was over the top with his knowledge about LKN and fishing. We had a great day on the water and he taught us a lot about catfishing. The knowledge of this guy blew my mind. As a beginner catfisherman he saved me soo much time and head ache. If you’re looking for a great time on the water Bill is the man. Next time when I’m catfishing I’ll be more knowledgeable and more confident thanks again Bill.
